Massage shampoo throughout scalp to mid-lengths and rinse thoroughly - repeat if necessary. Squeeze out excess water from hair after shampooing. Pour conditioner onto the palm and apply liberally from mid-length to ends of hair. Leave in for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
