Work through wet, clean hair. Use sparingly near roots and more liberally towards ends. Leave on for 1 to 3 minutes before rinsing. For additional conditioning on severely damaged hair, wrap conditioned hair in warm towels or set under heat lamps for an additional 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse well and style as normal.
